Qantas' Boeing 747-48E (formerly from Asiana Airlines) takes off from runway 34 left at Sydney Airport on a short flight to Avalon. The plane would likely reach 40,000ft on this short flight. The plane is seen here wearing a special colour scheme "Come Play' indicating Qantas' support for the failed Australian Football World Cup bid. This plane also wore the large "OneWorld" titles for a time, and was the first Qantas Boeing 747 to receive the new logotype and revised kangaroo logo on the tail.
